What's even better is you know we don't have that money in the government coffers somewhere. We're borrowing money to stimulate the economy. You would not, and could not, run your personal finances that way. Unless your goal is bankruptcy!!!!

If you're over 18 and claimed as a dependant, you don't get one nor do you count towards your family's like minors do
