Potty training is kinda early. How about after they can feed and clean themselves and are trained in polite conversation? I know, some never make the cut.

Potty training and feeding themselves goes hand in hand in my playbook. My two were using forks and spoons at a year old.

They're big enough to be fun, and I can teach them the other stuff. Little kids LOVE structure.
