my sister kept two bettas (not housed together) in a bowl. She did everything right besides giving them a proper habitat and they died. Besides being too small, it doesn't allow for proper air circulation.

That reminds me of someone.....Same with fish. Somebody should outlaw fish bowls.
Agreed. Low water volume makes it difficult to regulate water temperature, and a cycled tank really does have lower maintenance requirements.I believe bettas need 5+ gallons with a heater and a filter.

I am not sure if thats bad or notI do often feel like a joke.
but hamsters, rabbits, guinea pigs, etc living in your home, as pets.. not with a butcher date or as breeding stock.. there is NO reason to keep that animal in a tiny cage. The amount of hamsters in critter trails, guinea pigs shoved into cages not appropriate, and etc. Boggles my mind. Don't get a pet if you aren't willing to give it proper care.
I do like her channel, and I think it's a good place to start for people wanting to know more about how you can free roam rabbits and how to bunny proof. And while I don't agree with everything she says, she does have some good info and I think shes a good example to show people how you can live with a free roaming rabbit and still have a nice and clean home.A very popular YouTube channel that I am very very tired of hearing people refer to as if it is the end all be all guide to rabbit care.
