I've been here the whole time and my grass/weed area is out of control. Tried mowing some today and it immediately started raining.

A town very near to me has downtown chickens. No one knows for sure how they started, but they're feral now, and there are always chickens around. Sometimes you will see a car drive up, a bird get grabbed, and the car speed off, but there seems to be no action taken on the chicken kidnappings. The birds are never seen again, and fowl play is suspected.
