I'm livid. Long story short, rules were broken, failsafes and checkpoints were deliberately ignored, and it resulted in a major billing outage that is currently at 18 hours for some clients. I don't ever go headhunting, but in this case I am absolutely making an exception.

I have a work issued business card with them and I got a notification that there had been delays on some payments posting to my account, and that it would be rectified and any late charges removed. Then, I get home and hear on the tv news about the deposit thing with them.
