Same here. I would feel weird not signing emails. And our email address is our firstname.lastname and I'm one of three Rebeccas at the school so I like to add my last name and dept so they know which Rebecca they are communicating withYup. By company policy, I have to sign emails with my name, title, and contact info. Fortunately, outlook makes this simple. One quick fill-in of a text box, a couple of check marks, voila! automatic signature on all outgoing correspondence.
