There’s still a giant hole in my building that hasn’t been touched after their ac contractors ran into it with their van this happened in January still have not touched it.

I would but I’m kinda not old enough I’ve been trying to get my mom too but we are planning on moving real soon

One day someone’s gonna fall through the floor 3 years ago our water heater leaked everywhere flooded the apartment downstairs the on call maintenance guy was drunk so after 2 hours of calling him he finally showed up and he wasn’t able to do anything because he didn’t have keys to the supply closet it leaked for 16 hours before they did anything to stop the water downstairs had to be gutted to the skeleton and rebuilt they didn’t come and fix the flooring in our apartment for 2 years and when they did the sub flooring was all cracked and falling apart yet they just put some putty in the cracks and put the flooring back on in certain places our floor dips when walking on it yet they don’t care when someone falls through the floor they are getting sued because we have asked and asked and asked for them to fix this stuff.

I wished that too we were supposed to get torrential downpour but we got sprinkling rain for 12 hours not even an inch everything is dry again.

All the maintenance people are always high or drunk while on the job as well so

@Patiocoturnix, document everything! Pictures, written records, whatever. Then if something happens and someone gets hurt, you have proof.

And date everything too, so if they try to stick you with repairs when you are moving out, you can fight that too.
