For rain, yes. For me, almost yes.

El Paso is a desert. We get wind damage here instead of flood.

I wished that too we were supposed to get torrential downpour but we got sprinkling rain for 12 hours not even an inch everything is dry again.

I wish we could move but we live paycheck to paycheck and running the numbers it would be $6000 to move when my dads life insurance comes in we are gone
