I just put my turkey into the 'fridge since it's completely thawed and I'm not cooking it until tomorrow.

I got my bird Saturday and there was still ice in it. Thankfully it was thawed enough I could still prep and cook it

If you spatchcock your turkey it'll cook much faster. I think last year my bird only took maybe about 2 1/2 -3 hours. This year it should take even less time as I got the bright idea to only cook half the turkey as I don't need a whole bird, it's just myself, my father and the animals

Definitely want to wait until the bird is thawed. Once it's thawed (or almost thawed in my case) it's not too bad
