Depending on the context, it doesn't bother me too much:
"This pen has the big chicks, that one has the baby chicks, and the adults are over there."

The bird is a "chick" for quite a while, but grows a lot and needs very different levels of care at different points.

There is a paid option for more features but a basic mailbox is free

I have gmail for alt email accounts. I have a self hosted site that does my real email. I also self host my image backups (only on local network though).

You know my thoughts on gmail….

Why a business would use that crappy email for their business is beyond me (get what you pay for - cheap useless not built for proper power-users).
