Maybe he does because it's cooled off some by then?

He may be on medication that requires him to avoid sunshine, or could be photosensitive ( basically, allergic to the sun). People who have had bone marrow transplants have to avoid sun exposure. As do folks who've had melanoma. I'm sure he's not doing it to annoy you.

I wish I could go next door and ask my neighbour if he is a Vampire. He only ever mows, chainsaws, weed wacks after 8pm.

WTHeck is he thinking?! How annoying, and rude. Who can enjoy the evening listening to that noise.

I hope my 3 rooster crow up a storm at 4am…. Oh, wait, ya they do I am up then and out to the barn, lights on animals to be fed.

Crow babies crow! Only problem is they are inside the barn, so they don’t hear them next door.

Roosters are the ultimate revenge for bad neighbors. Although I think I might get into peafowl when I retire!

I work afternoons, so I don't do anything until after 1:00 pm. I finished my mowing at 8:30 today. But I live out in the country, so I'm not bothering anyone and there's no one to complain.
