Things you wish you could say

When I was little, we always used to stop in the summer at the top of mountain passes in the Colorado Rockies, get out of the car and drink from the high mountain streams flowing from under melting snow pack. It was icy cold, crystal clear and like water from the throne of heaven! I wish I could say it's still safe to drink wild water like that. But a friend and his baby daughter nearly died after contracting giardia from drinking from a mountain stream like that. :(

Am i the only one that thinks most water tastes the same lol, i mean I've had some water that was nasty but to me mostly its the same 🤣
I had water at a brewery/restaurant in Vermont earlier this year, and I could not believe how good it was. So I ask my husband what he thinks of the water. Then the ladies at the table next to us are like, "Are you talking about the water? Because we were just talking about the water!" Then the waiter comes over and we're all asking about this magic water. Apparently, it's just town water (granted, we're in Stowe, VT) run through the same filtration process as the beer. It was out of this world delicious.

WOW! I wanna try it LOL

A tree did not come down causing a power surge, brown out and the frying of our home. Electric fire smell is scary. We did not lose our furnace, oven, dehumidifier, coffee maker and other appliances. Wish I could say all of that.
Oh no!
So sorry to hear that. What a mess.
:hugs
