That makes sense. It's like scrambled eggs. I totally get it. But we just call it cooking the hamburg. Or cooking the beef. How you season it while cooking or once it's cooked, makes the difference in the meal. Taco seasoning makes it tacos, italian seasoning makes it meat for spaghetti. Twice now on here in conversation I've explained to someone that as close to a taco I do is just the "scrambled" hamburger by itself.
