Things you wish you could say

Still working hard in the kitchens?
Returned to the Kettlehead after my mb in December. Got myself in a good mental place, found myself a boo, and hopped back into the kitchen like I never left. Whole new crew, and we're all buds, right from jump street. ❤️ How have you been!? I miss being here and talking to everyone. I feel like I'm finally well enough to be socializing again. 🗣️🥰

The kids that come through my lunch line with their gross, dirty crocs would make anyones head spin. Crocs and those ugly Ugg slipper things. What happened to real shoes? Ya know, the kind you had to tie?
My feet have thrown an entire hissy fit over real shoes. Some of them form to my feet so well that they're still in my regular wear. But my work and house shoes have switched. My work ones like to take a spin in my dishwasher after being hand cleaned, to sanitize them and all. 🤣 My house ones get baths whenever the white starts to look not white anymore (so, daily). I'm a germophobe, so they must be clean. 😂 But I've seen kids and adults with them that look like they've never known the feel of water, let alone soap. 😵

It is actually one of the things I like about Crocs. My garden and chicken coop Crocs get hosed down with the garden hose. Sometimes with dish soap.
My house Crocs go in the shower or the tub and get a scrubbing.
