I won't say exactly who it is, but it's safe to say that it's best to keep this person happy. This person isn't a bad person, we all love her, but it's sooooooooo infuriating the excuses to keep random things around that aren't needed.

Oh, and don't get me started on the chair collection in this person's room. I think there's got to be three chairs in there.
