I've squished my own hands in every possible way, and I can never get a bump that sticks out like the that's just up from the end of the handlebar.

There is no way you can look at your own hand from the angle that photo was taken from.

This is not quite from the same angle but you can see how the knuckle is distorted.

Okay this is the first time I've seen the whole photo. What I find weird is the flying braids contrasted with the completely still dress. That's just ... kind of insulting, lol. And at the same time, really funny.

The weird nub on the right of the image is the extra part I noticed.

That's weird! Look at the length of the fingers. The one at the end of the handlebar is the shortest and smallest. What's the pinky finger doing next to the thumb?

I can see that being a bit expensive. A camera person on a moving transport following beside a girl on a bike just to get a realistic shot for a magazine cover. There may be other ways to do it, I suppose. Is this what AI is doing to us, making us hyper-cynical and nit-picky?

Absolutely. We don't trust our senses anymore because we can't believe what we're seeing - mainly because we don't trust images to be honest anymore. So sad - and exhausting!
