Think duck is dieing

Can you keep her separated or with another duck so you can keep an eye on egg laying and general well being? is she eating drinking ? any better than when you first posted about her?

Regarding the food - I just order the waterfowl maintenance formula from Mazuri - the ducks love it, seems to provide all the nutrients b/c they are healthy, and it floats so I can throw it to them in the pond for entertainment. I do add brewers yeast and rolled oats to it also because they are still young. I only have 4 ducks so it's not cost prohibitive for me, but if I had a larger flock, I'd probably just go with an all flock and supplement....

Well there is no improvement in yippie she is still very bad just lays there absolutely no motor control, have been feeding her with a syringe.dont know what else to do.I am very extremely agervated that not one of these so called vets would even look at her. There are no real vets I guess. If she doesn’t get better in a day or two I will have to put her down and that’s going to devastate me she is a sweetheart I just cant see her suffer.

She won’t drink on her own? I understand it is frustrating when we don’t know what they are sick from? Have you gently felt down around her lower tummy for an egg? It could be an infection like EPI. I am very sorry we’re so limited on what we can tell you but most of us have had to be our own vet to our birds. Antibiotics without knowing what is causing her to be sick may not help but if you have some let us know and @casportpony can most likely help you with dose if you want to go that way .

I will try to make a video of yippie maybe when someone sees what she is doing they can tell what’s wrong. She has plenty of spunk in her she pushes back at me really hard with her legs but she thrusts her neck around to the back of her.and she gulps when she breaths with her mouth open and she keeps flipping herself over onto her back but cant get back to her stomach.its not like she is sick its like a nuerlogical problem.went to tractor supply yesterday but they didn’t have anything except for rusted buster.

How is Yippee? This sounds exactly like what happened to my favorite gal last year. I ended up spending almost $300 on vet Bill's that led nowhere. I hope she pulled through. I'm going through my gals first big molt right now and this morning found one of them dead in the pond...I dont know if she couldn't get out and drowned since she was missing so many feathers or what not sure what happened? Also, here is a pic of my khaki...just wanna make sure it is molting and not something else.
