First bird is a pullet, and second is a cockerel as others have stated.

The first thing you have to decide is if you can or even want to keep him. After you've decided that you can look up just about anything regarding cockerels/roosters using the BYC search button at the top of your screen. And there are always people in here to answer questions and provide help.
