Thinking I have a rooster

Hi, I’m new to this site and new to keeping chickens. My birds are about 13 weeks old and they were advertised as pullets. 2 Buffs, a Wyandot and 3 Barred Rocks. As I was heading out to the coop this morning I heard a weak cock-a-doodle-do and I’m pretty sure I know which one is the culprit. I suspect the Buff with the bigger waddle. But, for good measure I was hoping some more seasoned folks would weigh in. Turned out to be challenging to get a decent profile pic. Any thoughts here are greatly appreciated!!

Yes you're correct.
Looks like the dog had him spotted out as well.

Guessing that 'red headed' one has been redder for more than a few weeks?
The breeds you have are pretty easy to tell but 6-8 weeks by the redder comb and wattles.

Yes indeed. I guess I was hoping this was a hen that was maturing faster
