I talked to a friend of my yesterday that is really into the green-living/ sustainability community around here, and he is promoting to all the groups he is in. He also sent me the name of a PR woman who is going to do a press release for me - YIKES! Now I'm worried about having too many people!

I also had the bright idea yesterday to put signs up at the health food stores.

Got an e-mail from someone looking for RR ro Red Star pullets. I told them you would have Isa Browns, Cmom.

Darn. Okay - I'll let them know. I told them just to come and see what they could find! They didn't want to have to raise them from chicks, but who can resist those fuzzy butts!

The only chicks I have hatched have been under a broody, and none of my girls are currently feeling the inclination to hatch babies.
I haven't had any one ask about eggs, but I will promote that we will have them (I actually have that on the sign, so it would be great if you bring them). I'll also let the people I know that have incubators.

Hey if anyone is looking for a coop, a friend of mine had to give up her chicks and has a beautiful coop good for about 4 LF birds or maybe 6 of the smaller breeds. It is really cute and less than a year old.

Plus she is throwing in all the feeders and watering system and well almost the kitchen sink. So if you know of anyone let us know, it's Wheezer's mom that is having to sell it.
