Those of you still having problems, we need as many details as possible, especially:

1. The page on which you got the error (the URL)
2. Browser and version (like Firefox 50.0.2)
3. Any plugins / addons you have running in your browser (like ad blocker, etc.)

I've had this happen off and on since last week and rarely before. Noticed in some new member threads people have mentioned it - they thought they did something wrong.
