Hello everyone, first off I want to start by saying all of the other hens are perfectly healthy. This weird symptom came out of nowhere. It’s hard to describe so here is a video. I’ll answer any questions you all may have the best I can. I’m just trying to figure out what’s wrong with her. Thank you for your help

It appears she's having respiratory problems. Sometimes coughing, sometimes just struggling for air. Her comb and wattles also look a bit dark or purple, don't know if that's just the lighting, but it may also indicate a respiratory illness. There are several possibilities of cause, there are numerous virus's, could be bacterial or fungal, could be gapeworm, could have something lodged in the throat, etc.
Is there any facial swelling, bubbles in eyes, discharge from eyes, nares or beak? Look inside her beak and throat, see if it's all clear and normal or if there are any plaques or lesions. Look for anything obvious that might be lodged and obstructing her airway.
