So I figured out the culprit to the blind eye.
Iris, my other female runner was out in the playpen with Agnes (injured duck) and Gladys. I had them outside in the grass for grass time. Well, I look out the window to check on them and Iris was on top of Agnes tearing her head up. What in the world am I supposed to do? I separated Iris. My husband wants me to get rid of the whole flock because he's done at this point. I'm so ready to cry like I swear I can't get these animals to act right!!!!

The girls acting out sexual roles. @DuckyDonna was just talking about when she removed her drake the girls were tearing each others neck feathers up. Other than just letting them do what comes natural separating is the only answer. Or since Agnes is injured maybe that is why Iris was messing with her. They know when one isn't good and will single them out. Try keeping Agnes separated but still where they are able to be close and see how Iris and Glayds do together.

I'm keeping an eye on Gladys to make sure she doesn't do this either. I assumed this is due to Agnes being disabled now. I know it's not good to just have one duck and she eats and is happier when she's with her friends. I don't know how long I can keep them all separated. What would be the options I would have if they continue to pick on her?

Till she has healed and adjusted is my guess. Can you make it so they can be close but not in the same pen? How is Glayds acting towards Agnes.. asking because I have read on here about a member having a blind duck and another of the flock fastened itself to her and became like her sidekick.

They are in two separate playpens but I put them all together for outside time. Gladys so far is being really sweet. I hope that behavior continues.

I really hope so. Her drainage has stopped. We think she may still be able to see light/shadows out if the injured side. Making leaps and bounds!
