To get people riled up is all. People do all kinds of stupid things just to get a reaction out of people. Ever heard of Bonsai kitties? That was a whole website dedicated to making people believe they were growing kittens in jars so they'd have deformed shaped cats. It was all a hoax, (someone had way too much time on their hands) just see what peoples reactions would be when they read about them taking precious kittens and keeping them in jars. Of course it never happened and no one did stick a kitten in a jar and keep it there, there was a huge investigation into it.

I agree, it is just a joke, look how clear the liquid is, beer, even if it was stale would have some fizz.

I used a beer bottle (filled with water) to wash dirt from my horse's eye. I am sure a picture of that would have raised a few eyebrows too.

I used to hang out with some people that regularly got their boxer drunk. It really is kinda funny to see a drunken dog (especially a boxer-they're not the most graceful to begin with).

I wouldn't be surprised at all if the chicken loved beer. My parakeet absolutely adored beer, he'd get sips now and then and get drunk, but we never gave him so much that it harmed him. Beer is made from grain after all. Probably tastes good to them.

Birds don't have the enzyme to digest alcohol. It can poison them.Take out their livers. Also the carbonation (sp) is especially bad on their crops. I've heard of people throwing alkaseltzer to seagulls and their crops burst.
