It does look like it COULD be a round worm, but better photo needed.

Looks like stringy intestinal lining. Rounds are usually off white.

What type, and ages are your chickens. You really should dust, and worm them now, since they're in quarantine, so they'll be parasite free when it's time for them to be introduced to your flock. I like Safeguard Goat wormer.

Even if it isn't a worm pretty much all chickens will have worms unless you deworm them.

Looks like an arrowhead flatworm to me not really a parasite for chickens since their main diet is earthworms but if you want it gone pour some salt on it
