This kitten just showed up at my house and now I don't know what to do

Aaa I need some help regarding this kitten which just showed up in my backyard. Idk the age but it is quite small.
I have no idea wht to feed it. No vets and rescues in my area to which I could take it to neither can I afford them (things have been tight for us since we started the construction of our house). And it's stool is loose and yellow. Since the area is cemented I provided it with a litter box (shoe box...... I tried) and while I was away it used it and the stool or vomit whtever it is, is not normal at all. It is active other wise. I've been giving it diluted buffalo milk and cooked chicken I just bought catfood and he is not interested in it at all. I can't keep it inside but I'm keeping it warm. I've contacted friends family etc but no one is ready to take it.
I don't know wht this is but definitely not something normal.

A vet, rescue or animal shelter is obviously your best option if you can come up with one. The kitten looks old enough to have been weaned, so I wouldn't give it any type of milk. That could actually be part of the problem.
Did he/she reject kibble or canned food? If kibble, you might try moistening it first, or mixing it with a little canned kitten food or some of the chicken. If there's anyway you can leave dry food out for it to eat at will, it might develop an interest. Dogs, squirrels, etc. might make that impractical, of course.

I really can't afford a vet and I live in Pakistan and there are no rescues or shelters here or atleast any near me.

That's great! If he doesn't have some other kind of problem, just eating kibble will probably fix things. It's kind of you to take care of him. Hopefully, he'll continue to be a "he"!

Warm food always smells better and seems more appealing. When I rescue kittens I always use hot water to soften the food but it's only just warm when I serve it to them.

If he will eat moistened kibble, then that plus a dish of water will probably be all he needs nutritionally.

Leftover meats, kibble they will eat a bit. No grapes, no onion, no chocolate. These are 3 toxic things to cats. Citrus very little. Cats need meat though and they are an animal that would die on a vegetarian diet. You probably saved this kittens life as if they don't eat for a few days their organs start to shut down and after 3 to 4 days without protein it's when their body goes into hepatic lipodosis which is when the liver starts to mess up and it's fatal if not treated ie fed some protein. The milk isn't best but it's got some fat and protein so it probably helped a lot in preventing the liver from going haywire. Cats are great pets and good for mouse control when raised as an indoor/outdoor kitty.
