This little baby of mine has this lump. I wish I could post videos on here because the lump moves like a human baby inside the womb. Any ideas ?

When did you notice the lump? Does it cause the chicken discomfort or distress? Is the chicken eating, drinking, foraging, roosting, pooping normally? Can you post a picture of its poop? Does it lay eggs? When did it last lay an egg?

It’s 4 weeks old. I’ve been feeding it the starter feed and watermelon, dried meal worms, fresh spinach. It doesn’t forage yet . It’s still in brooder box inside the house . It’s been acting normal . Eating and drinking fine, bowel movements are a little watery .

Ugh. That looks like it might be cuterebra. My rabbit had that years ago. I don’t know whether chickens can be affected.
Basically it is a fly egg that the animal ingests which grows under the skin.
I reeeeally hope I’m wrong.
