Seriously, no idea what kind they are, my Grandfather planted them 40 or so years ago where my yard and lower pasture is now. Good shade trees, but you have to deal with all those darn pecans everywhere underfoot every fall. They were all tiny this year, but jeez, there's a ton of them.
I planted a few more the past few years just where I wanted a shade tree someday, they were sprouts I dug up from around the other trees in the yard.
Working on apples, crabapples, pears, plums, paw-paws, cherries, figs, grapes, peaches, stuff like that now.
