Sorry, I have an aversion to breaking the law.
So a small fee is too much to spare for the safety of your animals. I would give my arms and legs to keep my pets alive.
There is also a several month waiting list
I would shoot the dog and be done with it. No fees, no waiting list, end of dog problem.
