AHHHHHHHHHHHHH it pipped! My mom called me and said it was peeping and I said look it also pipped! The funny thing is it made an x shaped pip right next to an x I marked on the egg!

It is wiggling and peeping and I need to go see in now so it doesn't imprint on my mom! Aww the noise is sooo cute!

Just a quick question, it will probably hatch out at night or early in the morning, the incubator doesn't have a light on it so do we need to leave a light on in the room for it or can it hatch out in the dark? I was thinking they can hatch in the dark since it is dark under the peahen and my mom was not sure if the light would help encourage it or if it would mess it up.
