Fayetteville: It is illegal to kill "any living creature." (Yep, I'm guilty... I knew I shouldn't have gone fishing there...)

Little Rock (A.K.A. 'Pebble'): It is unlawful to walk one’s cow down Main Street after 1:00 PM on Sunday. (Now if only I had a cow....)

So do they ban traps for pests (mice rats roaches ant etc.) also fly swaters/flypaper bug zappers, bug sprays, farm/garden insectisides? those are all lethal to living creatures if used properly, heck even improperly used some of them are lethal.
