Taking a fresh look at your photos, I'd say that you might make more headway if you try arguing that Calypso is male instead of arguing that Thora is male.

Thora (you say male) on the left, Calypso (you say hen) on the right, is that correct?

Just in case you want to mix it up a little bit, to keep us on our toes.
I said the same thing

I got quite a few people who agree with me that Thor is a male and I believe that Thor is a male. Again the neck feather gets ignored. The people that agree with me have seen Thor in person.

So a few folks eleswhere agree with you about Thore being a hen a while back and you are fine with that but on this forum no body agrees with you and you ignore that.

First it was the neck feathers looking blue, then the wing feather Turning orange, then the barring was coming in slowly and now it is the breast feathers. Son when ya gonna get it right?

Better get to working with your grown pair cause this pair isn't a pair.

Don't know why you would do your first show with an immature peacock if ya had one, how does that represent the breed when they are not mature enough to see them in all their beauty.

Do you think her brest is turning white also?

Anyone else? Wanna mix it up a bit?
How about a "Calypso is Not a Hen" campaign?

Here's Thora:
Birdrain says "boy"
Everyone else says "gal"

Here's Calypso:
Birdrain says "gal"...

That foot problem is what killed that IB peachick I hatched out. It's the cause of lack of protein. You have to bump the protein way up and then work with the toes and then lower the protein slowly. This may cause him to loose all of those train feathers.

They agree in Thor being a male not a hen. I mostly like no looking at those two photos the peahen probably isn't getting any more white. The feathers that are white aren't condensing like Thor's is. I can't even touch my adults without them trying to destroy something. It doesn't matter about the train for their first year of show I can show them again and again. I know what's going on with my bird. Primary feathers are correcting and most of them were male, the bar feathers are turning black and the breast is turning white and the neck feather I have from him is like a male IB feather.
