I had to laugh when I saw your post. The same thing had to be pointed out to me the first time I guessed WFBS.

the second bantam is a black dutch bantam, the big white hen is a white rock, followed by a dominique, and two production reds.

I don't know on the bantams but my guess on the big girls are
white rock
Barred rock
the last 2 look like red sex-links to me.
