Everything I read said it would work with ganders.... but I dont think they ever met any Demon ones... they're horrid!

Yes, put a super good thermometer inside, to the center, and it will tell you the temp of the inside of the eggs, and thats really the important part. bators go up and down in their attempt to stay about 99.5. But if bator says 102, and you turn it down, it maybe wrong. If water toy says 99.5, ignore the other thermometer. If its low, yeah, turn it up. Just put it in the turner with the other "eggs".
