Not bad. Sold some seedling heat mats that I didn't need anymore. Now I have more money for hatching eggs!

I've sold out of runners for the 4/11 hatch. Still getting inquiries though, so at least there's a demand. Doesn't seem like there's much demand for eating eggs right now though, our fridge is fuller than my two bators combined!

Hubby is going to build me a hatcher. He ordered a kit that looks to be on par with my two hovabators. Sweetness. Now I'll be able to give more hatching eggs a home.

These are all from my workplace. They have some awesome runners. My current flock is a work in progress. I have "bantam" runners, which are actually just abnormally short runners. Don't know how it happened, I bought them as ducklings from a private seller.

I really, really, really insist on saving some ducklings for myself here soon. I'm definitely keeping a few of the penciled and I want a couple blacks and a couple silvers.

They were totally accidental. I want to hatch some eggs from them to see if they throw mini-runners as well!

Yes, that's awesome. I have a BF with no interest at all in my animals, and who is always working anyway. I do all my own building, chores and such. The good thing, though, is that he has no say in what I do, LOL

my Hubby has no interest in my animals either, that is why i started visiting this thread

he still tries to stop me from getting new animals, try being the key word

Broddy and babies are doing well. I had my 2 silkies in a wire cage because they kept trying to sit on the broody and babies. I let them out today because I felt bad for them. One is back with the others, the other is sharing the babies and all seem happy so I'm letting them.
When I was bringing more water to the babies evidently my roo decided he needed to protect them and ran and bit the back of my ankle, little *******. He's getting a talking to, might let the kids carry him around a few hours.
