Ours do look to be very similiar in color. So what color is he? Would you call that chocolate or blue? He seems to have both. Chocolate with blue undertones? He's from Aurora eggs, too, right?

I'd love to see pics. What color is my Lucky do you think? Lavender? Blue? It's not the best pic for showing color. His down is a dark gray color.

Christine, yes from Aurora Springs eggs. She said it was a heavily marked blue... with a brown chest. Doesn't make sense to me, personally.

Oh holy carp ! REALLY I did not see the pic but I think my roasting Guinea & rabbit on the barbie would have offended too! But my difference is I don't care. I eat meat big deal, I may eat a sebbie someday

& there nuttin you can do about it! We are having Rabbit for Easter dinner & my kids think its cool ! So oh well. Lucky I didn't see the post

Do you guys do your own? I'd like to raise my own too. Since I'm not in the country I don't have room to do big batches though, and I don't have a plucker and hate doing it myself. I've been trying to find somewhere around here I could take them to and have them processed. Unless I find good homes I'd rather eat my excess roos/drakes then let someone else, or them not go to a so good home.

I do my own, & if you lived closer we would have a beergarita & catch a buzz & put sustinence in our freezers too!
