I had a smoothie, Yep wish i had some duck eggs for Christmas baking.. well I at least have fresh chicken eggs.

plain yogurt blueberries, almonds, walnuts, coconut oil and coconut milk mixed in my food processor.. yum

I froze some chicken eggs last week to see how they would cook up, ended up feeding them to the chickens and ducks the yolks were like rubber.

Hey everybody! I'm watching for updates on chickies! DG? Critterrun??

Beaker and Bunsen are fine. Beaker keeps trying to bite me. I guess he's becoming a man. I think he's a boy. Just a hunch though.

Going to sell some chickens today. I figure the more I sell the more I can hatch! I have one little sprayed leg chicken that I can't get fixed. I've tried everything. Rubber bands, tape, I can't get him to walk right. I secretly hope that I'll come in one day and it will just die in it's sleep. I know that's awful... It's a sweet little chicken...


But I'm not culling it. sorry, not my style.

One more thing: When I got home last night, Hottie Duck guy had emailed me saying he was so excited and thanks so much for the babies.

Bwah ha ha ha ha ha ha. Oh Hottie Duck Guy... if only.

I told my husband last night.. "You should be glad I'm a faithful married woman... or you might have an opponent." He was like, "?". I said, "A guy, who loves waterfowl? That's a guy after my own heart." He replied with... "So was he single? Go for it!". I said, "I wouldn't do that to you honey. Child support on 3 kids would kill you."

I just have this feeling he's a boy. It's my inner-ducky telling me. He is demonstrating some boy-like qualities. Like when the dog walks up to the cage he tried to attack it.. and he is very dominant. I would prefer he be a girl though, so I hope I'm wrong. I'm going to get a drake in the spring. I don't think it will be a problem finding one.

And I'm not going to cull the little chicky. She is sweet. I just wish she could walk without scooting her but everywhere. I don't know what else to try to fix her leg. I will take suggestions!

We were just joking. We both have a dry sense of humor. When you've been married for 11 years, you can joke like that. Neither of us is the jealous type at all.


Have you ever seen that show "Sister Wives"? It's that polygamist family in Vegas. One guy has 4 wives. (Which is nutty BTW) I was telling my hubby we could start a new trend and call it "Brother Husbands". We are so stupid. But just joking!
