You have GOT to be kidding me!!

Not kidding. Its faint but I hear it. Unless one of my dogs learned how to chirp chirp.

Those are some smart and sassy dogs if that's the case.

That's why I was asking if you saw veins on the first day you candled. Because you shouldn't have. But you say you saw a blob, which makes me think they were already 4 or so days along.. And if that's the case, how did they make it through shipping? Was it still kinda warm there? Where did the shipper ship from.

They came from Maine and it was already cold here.... low 40s

Well then there goes my theory on how they stayed warm. But technically, they could get colder, without dying.

That HAS to be what happened.

Mine came from 2 dif people

I had vein on some of mine on day 7
and bloobs on others

I asked if they could be farther along (on a dif Thread not this one)

and was told no but they look like they are
I did not want to take a chance so I left them in till this Sun
when I candle them again

I hope that they are that means more chicks

this is my first try
so I am not sure what I am looking at yet
but per the Pictures on this site
they look a week ahead

SM, 28 days is just an average. There will be some normal variation around that. They sure sound like lively little critters!!! I'd say all the movement is them rotating so they are in a position to break through the air cell.

If they are cheeping though that is pretty wow. I would have thought you'd need air in your lungs to cheep. Well, we are all on the edge of our seats. Seems like they are gonna come busting out of there like little Supermen.

That's what I was thinking. They would have to break through the air cell to cheap. I would think anyway! I wonder if she could candle one?
