He might like you, he maybe as a friend or maybe more. I told all my besties I loved them whenever we got off the phone at that age too. Not on texts though, cause way back when when I was your age we didn't have cell phones. I had a pager.

Hey DG: Here's the thing. He likes you, you like him. There's nothing you can do about it except flirt and talk about each other to other people. I would suspect your friends already know you have a thing for each other. Know what I mean? They've given you crap about it before I'm sure.
