oy...didn't think of that...
I use the deep litter method. theres probably 10 inches of pine shavings with a half bale of straw on top

Lol, they are probably there somewhere. I thought my duck stopped laying after a hawk got her friend, until she laid one where I could see it and found 4 more buried.

I just went and dug through the top layers of straw and pine shavings and nothing. no signs of broken eggs , no shells or yolk laying around.​

Now they have roman tufted eggs on ebay. But they are listed as roman crested, and I'm kind of scared to buy eggs from someone who doesn't even have the correct name written. I think I'll wait for ideal to get them. Besides, I still don't even know if I can hatch goose eggs. I think they should ship in the next day or 2 and be here thur-fri.

With my quail, duck, geese eggs I'm going to have all sorts of a weird staggered hatch. I'm putting more quail in monday, my ducks should hatch the 10th, and there are quail in there due the 13 (Friday the 13th, just noticed that. oops).
