Just 2. I put 5 in, but the other 3 were clears. My drake just figured out what he is supposed to do not to long ago, I don't think he's quite got it right yet.

GUYS! i got this AWESOME idea! we can take orders for ducklings/chicks and hatch for people! i talked with my mom about it and she said i can, so im putting my ad up on craigslist now

Ok, so I have no pics for you. I got to my parents house, helped my mom take down all her Christmas decor, (she wasn't feeling good.) Then I got ready to go outside and work on my coop area and I get a call from my mom saying my dad needs my help.

Scenario: My parents own 63 acres, and my grandparents (grandma now) live on the north side, and my parents are on the south side. so my dad had started a small bon fire on the pond dam, and the wind started going, long story short, the entire pond dam was on fire. Dead brush and everything was blazing. So I run up to their house to help put it out. Good grief. I should have taken pics of the burnt pond dam. Oh, I should mention this is a 2 acre pond. Not a dinky one.

So by the time that drama was over, I was tired and muddy and gross, and wet, and covered in burrs. So all I got done was the measurements for building the breeding pens.

which BTW I introduced that idea to my dad today and he was all for it. (weird).... I think the heroic efforts I demonstrated whilst putting out the fire worked in my favor.

So my pen will be about 24x24. And my dad has also shown an interest in getting turkeys again. He likes the white palms and the bourben reds. (the breeds he used to have.)

well, i think the wyandottes i just won today, the LO's, and the basque if i get the bid. And then keep the sussex here at my house.

so did anyone see that ad for those Blue Black Splash EE bantams? i really wish i knew what that breeders name was!

i really want some eggs from her if i can! my Birthdays next months so im hopeing i get enough to get some new chickens/eggs (I WANT EE BANTAMS!!!)
