Is it possible to hear tapping if they have not internally pipped?????

Now even more eggs are moving! Hubby is figuring out how to use new video camera to get it recorded.

Wish she'd hurry and take a nap. It's beautiful outside. I want to fill the ducks pool up so they can take a swim. I think I might take the ducklings heat lamp out and set them up in their outside brooder for a few hours and let them get some sun and fresh air.

I don't think so. Usually you don't hear tapping either until they've pipped. If they've internally pipped you'll hear a clicking sound. That's the ducklings breathing, sounds a lot like tapping. If they've internally pipped you should be able to see their beaks shadow in the air cell candling. I think SM's ducklings hatched early. What day did they hatch sm?
