just an observation, and not trying to offend any of you .
but have any of you noticed the "goose people" arent quite as friendly as most fo the "duck people"
i asked about the temperment of two breeeds and pretty much only got lectures.
do any of you have experience with geese? im thinking about getting one for my flock in the spring

im gona have to see what the minimum order is at the feedstore.
it may come down to cost .
i know where i can get the saddlebacks for not alot. and the guy is really nice i actually got my darker snowy hen from him.

id like to just get one. maybe two, and keep the one that bonds the best with the family and the flock.

i live with my grandparents.
and mosta the animals here are mine

also a hampster and a cat.
My mom has a bunch of RIR pullets, and two RIR cocks.
Also has three goats and a cow.
