No progress on the baby duck. He has managed to crack the shell and then started moving upward toward the top of the egg, instead of around like a zip. It's the weirdest looking thing. But he's still working hard, I candled him and I can see his little beak.

I really hope this one makes it. It's the last egg from Edward.

Oh and Julie- I haven't gotten an email back yet from the duck people in NE Kansas...

Here we were just talking about Turkeys when i go to my emails and have an email from Carolina Waterfowl about a raid at a Butter ball turkey farm, and a video which I can hardly watch because i am crying so hard. I don't know if i can post this because of BYC rules but if you want to see it let me know and I'll PM you the link.
I just don't understand how people can be so cruel.
