Okay, so to get splash you need a male with 2 blue and a female with 1. I think. So basically, if you breed the blue offspring from the blue roo/black hen, you will get some splash in there.

Maybe I'm confusing my two projects...​

Yes, but I'm a bit of an over-achiever, and I was trying to create my own. I'm one of those people that HAS to know how things work, so I research like mad. I think they are called nerds here in the US. LOL. Too bad I wasn't like this in High School. I might have gotten into a better college.​

Blue is not sex linked so one dose has the same effect in males as it dose in females. Just saying that to make sure you know that.

You will get Splash from any combination of:
Blue to Blue
Blue to Splash
Splash to Splash

What you said is correct - if you take the blue offspring of a blue bird and a black bird (does not matter which parent is male or female) and mate a blue one to another blue one then odds are you will get some splash.

Now I just need to know how to get that into Chocolate. LOL! I will figure this out. It might be on accident, and I might not fully understand it, but it will happen. Thanks for all that valuable info!
