Thread formerly known as Hatch day is today

Time out! I'm not saying the question was stupid, I'm saying the whole thing breaking is stupid.

Just to clarify! And if yours makes a humming sound, mine is definantly the fan going out. No noise At All!

HAHAHA not really i thought i posted mine makes a humming sound because of the fan.. so i was curious to know if yours does also and if its not making a sound it usally makes then i would replace the fan..
im also thinking its the fan if you didnt notice

I think everyone has had battles ~ Good & bad

I know I have the stories to tell, & actually writing a book called " How to Kill a Teenager" (not what you think) It doesn't matter where you came from or what you have been through ~~ it makes us who we are. Before I blame anyone for how I was raised or what was or wasn't done in my upbringing, I always remember someone out there had it worse than me, made it though it ~ Became successful..

I instill in my kids ~ TOUGHEN up! If someone makes fun of you just say " Uh Okay" & leave it, because bullies only pick on kids who are OVERLY sensitive. They have come home & said so & so called me "bla bla bla" I just ask them are you? & they say "No" I reply then don't sweat it. You are going to hear & deal with alot worse in your life, grow thicker skin, let it slide off, & move on.

Because I believe SCHOOL is a right of passage teaching you how to deal with "idiots when adults", in a professional way. Not everyone was raised as I am raising you, BUT you do need to learn to CO-HABITATE with them in your personal, professional, and social life forever.

My kids WEAR what they want, & are trend setters, are not afraid to make a fool of themselves. One lesson I learned from my dad is the one most important thing to learn in your life is "Don't sweat the small stuff, & everything is a little thing" & "Don't be afraid to laugh at yourself!"

oh dear..
i am so glad you have a attentive mother who can see that you had a problem..
i have a friend whose mother was.... for lack of a better word CRAP!! and didnt deserve to be called a mother.. a mother loves their children no matter who or what they are. and doesnt lock them in a basement to get "rid" of them..
she had just came out of the closet.. hard in its self. also was a scratcher for many many years..
broke up with her first girlfriend and cut herself almost killed herself. she has been free for 2 years now.. we went to go get a tattoo to remind her of her battles and strenghth in all this..
i battle with depression also mine is mostly seasonal in the gloomy winter gray weather. runs in my familly..
i am so happy to hear that you are fighting it!!!
and just remember you are loved!
Thanks . Its just hard somedays.

It is a thermal forced air the Guy told me. New, its at a small town feed store.

Go for it then. Incubate them in there, and hatch them in your lg. Or just fill them both up....
BTW- you can't put goose eggs in a turner. They just won't fit, even if they did they'd be too close to the heating element. There's a couple really good stickies in the goose section about incubating them, you might want to go check them out.
Here's one- https://www.backyardchickens.com/t/491013/goose-incubation-hatching-guide-completed
There's another one about hatching goose eggs with busted air cells, and goose eggs almost always get detatched air cells during shipping. I'll try to find that one for you too in a little bit.
Here's the air cell one https://www.backyardchickens.com/t/...t-of-damaged-and-mal-positioned-egg-air-cells

I was given this quote MANY years ago (and is my sig in all my emails)

"God doesn't give you the people you want; He gives you the people you NEED.... to help you, to hurt you, to leave you, to love you and to make you into the person you were meant to be."

I hope my post did not sound insensitive ~ it was not meat too
