she said they are spring hatched birds.
so not a year old yet.
im thinkin its just mismarked since she has white, chocolate , and gray birds.

Hmmmm....that's young to be turning white then. But not totally impossible.

If the breeder had white birds they could be hiding that pattern (white mixed with another colour).
 
x2 I think they're pretty when they get the white in. I saw a pic of somebody's who'd got so much white she kind of looked like a dalmation.

i for some reason LOVE the magpie and pied colors.
i want to keep a female magpie (if i get any)
id love to have a black magpie female to go with my drake.

CG, you can try and make magpie calls by breeding your magpie drake to your black bibbed hen. it may work...

but the white call she showed me looked poor.
bad feather quality and a touch of angel wing.
she is like a good 2 hrs away from me.
so idk =/
i hope i find one closer (the colors i want lol)

well then hopefully i will get some.
i didnt seperate anyoen this year.
im waiting to see how easily i sell my babies.
and adult pairs.
if their is a decent demand for them
next year i will seperate.
