i think i have another nerve pinched in my back

im in so much pain
its slowly gotten worse all day.
im layin on a heating pad....no help.
took some pills... no help.
took a hot bath....no help.
=/

How horrible. Do you have a decent chiropractor (or a physiotherapist that is into manipulation) round your area? I'd really recommend it. I am getting over a pinched nerve in my left arm - it really sucked but a physio helped me a lot.
