I thought the goose soup recipe sounded great.... might be able to substitute duck. This is all hypothetical considering I haven't processed anything myself yet, but the blue drake and Mr Worf were fighting this morning so we shall have to see. The blue drake has not been named for a reason, but I may just give him away or trade him instead as he is very pretty.
