I can send you mixed peacock eggs. (the breed, not shaken eggs!) Of course, it'll be another month or two. (The zoo peacocks sometimes get out, and make nests at my husbands other house, since its backyard is against the peacock paddock.) I gave my mom about 8 last year. Since they were out again yesterday, I'd say this year ain't looking too shabby either! I even told the zoo guy, but he didn't care. Said I could take them if they were off the zoo property!

Really? You do know they are loud, annoying, and can fly good, right?? Next time I catch that *&*(&^^ male on top of my 1963 volkswagen, I'll be shipping her a frozen dressed peacock, and I'll want a full update on the flavor!

So the lady with the silkie roo said she'd leave today around 3 and meet me around 4, although she might be running later. I haven't heard anything since, and it was around a week ago when she said that. I can wait a little longer, but I need to cook my kids dinner and stuff, so I don't know if I'll be getting him after all.
